What is the ideal pH level for Spas?

Proper pH balance is extremely important in controlling bacteria, providing water that’s comfortable for the user, and in preventing damage to the spa and its equipment. Using the scale of 0-14, pH is the measure of acidity and alkaline in the water. pH levels under 7.0 are acidic while pH levels over 7.0 are alkaline. The proper pH range for a spa is 7.2 to 7.6.

Can I use a Spa all year round?

Yes, you can use the Spa throughout the year, but it may need to be drained and cleaned depending on where you live. In warmer climates, especially in mild winters, it is safe to leave your Spa in the ground year-round. However, if you live in an area with freezing temperatures or snowfall, it is recommended that you drain your Spa and store it indoors during the winter months.
